Treatments are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable. September Reset prices are valid on purchases made between 1 September and 18 October 2026. Penny add-ons are charged at 1p per add-on session, included in the online price, and booked alongside the main course. The half-price second session applies to single sessions of the same treatment and not to courses. Laser courses are valid for 24 months from purchase, facials and boosters within 15 months. Injectables and microneedling require a free consultation to confirm suitability before your first session.
Payments are handled securely by Stripe. Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted, and your card details never touch our website. You will be asked to choose which UK clinic you would like to redeem at, and your confirmation arrives by email within minutes.
